Hospitality offerings

Fully equipped kitchen and hospitality bar with fridge and microwave, plus a built-in whole bean coffee system (espresso, cappuccino, lattes, regular coffee), tea, and still and sparkling water.

Matcha & energy bar

Matcha bar and energy probiotic bar (during working hours), plus a fresh fruit station.

Tech essentials

HDMI, high speed Wi-Fi and printers—plus white boards and easel pads available when you need to map things out.

Beach amenities

Floats, coolers, umbrellas, chairs, kayak and paddle boards (subject to availability). Waiver needs to be signed by all members including free trials.

Parking & catering

4 executive covered parking spots with parking permits (subject to availability) and local catering available per request.

What are the hours?

The space is open Monday through Friday 9:00am–8:00pm. Available assistance, office hours, hospitality and support are available Monday through Friday 9:00am–5:00pm.
What does the 1-week free trial include?

Enjoy the common area co-working space from 9:00am–8:00pm, including the Kitchen Bar, the Pro Lounge, Round tables, the Co-Work wood table, co-working bar and phone booth. It includes high speed Wi-Fi, prints, complimentary coffee, water and tea, and complimentary beach amenities available upon availability (waiver required for all members including free trials). Premium hospitality offerings and space reservation are available at a cost.
What memberships and passes are available?

Options include: 1 week free trial (one week trial per client, FREE), co-working one day pass (introductory price $59; one time pass only), co-working monthly membership (month to month includes business mailing address, $399), office suites (The Glass Suites; yearly contract; includes business mailing address; Glass suite A $1000, B $1100, C $1200), and dedicated desks (The Workloft desks; yearly contract; includes business mailing address; $599).
How do bookings work for meeting rooms and the PodCast room?

The Executive conference rooms and Shore Office are private meeting group spaces available for booking depending on capacity. The PodCast Room is a creative space available for booking for content creation. Available for booking during business hours through the app through one hour time slots. $50/hr for non monthly members. 2 hrs/day included for monthly memberships in coworking, suites or desks.
